NAIG Council Strategic Plan 2015-2018

The North American Indigenous Games Council is pleased to present the 2015 - 2018 Strategic Plan developed through a planning session conducted in Toronto, Ontario, Canada in November 2014.
The NAIG Council reviewed the outcomes of a 5-year plan developed in 2009 then captured input from board and general members. Discussions and recommendations were compiled to produce the 'plan on a page'.
The current 3-year strategic plan was reviewed again in June 2015 and approved following final discussion and edits. The Strategic Imperatives will be monitored by the NAIG Council Executive Committee and reported to NAIG Council at all bi-annual meetings in the 3-year span.
The Council will host another strategic planning session at the end of the 3-year period and produce another multi-year strategy.
